Queries Standard 2.036 Nortel Viewerdrop down list. The fields you have selected in the previous step arelisted, and you can change the order in which they are displayed byusing the arrow buttons to move the fields up and down the list.6 Select languages. Select the languages you expect the query to be runin. This enables localization of the fields names displayed in the results.7 Enter localized data. Give the query an appropriate name anddescription (do not include spaces in your query name). You may wish torename the selected fields in your query for the purposes of displaywithin the results panel. For example, Digits might be better displayedas Dialed Number.If you selected other languages in the previous step, you can renamefields accordingly here.8 Select a query icon. Select an icon to represent your query. This will beused as the shortcut icon. Specify the maximum number of calls to bereturned by the search. This is recommended if your search is likely toreturn a large number of calls. The system maximum is 1000.To add your own query icons for selection here, copy them to theimages/shortcuts folder, which can be found in the location where theapplication is installed.
