Files that come after the 32nd file will be ignored.An instruction with more than 32 files will be treated by theprinter as a print request of up to 32 files.• In the spool mode, if the print data is bigger than theremaining capacity of the hard disk or the memory at thepoint of receiving, the data will not be received by the printer.NOTE> Some client workstations may re-send immediately whenthe print data has exceeded the receiving capacity. Whenthis occurs, the client workstation appears as if it hascrashed. To rectify this situation, the client must bestopped from sending print data.> In the non-spool mode, multiple files can be printed byissuing one command. Furthermore, the number of files isnot limited.> In the non-spool mode, printing will commence once thedata starts to be received by the printer. Therefore, if theprinter has accepted a print request from a clientworkstation, it will not receive another print request fromanother client workstation.> Options, such as -m option, not processed by theworkstation which sends the print instructions will not bevalid.> For PCL and DUMP, the specification for the number ofcopies is invalid.Delete• Print data which consists of multiple files sent in one printinstruction, cannot be deleted file by file. All the files will bedeleted at one go.• This command will become invalid if it is executed withoutoptions having been specified or if there is no print datawhich matches the option.• A workstation can only delete print data it has sent. It cannotdelete print data sent by other workstations.
