OKI Data Infotech Corporation CONFIDENTIALChapter 7 Confirm system-wide operation and complete the hardware installation7-27.1 Confirm system-wide operationCheck the entire system operation following the procedure below.(1) Turn on the power of the Printer.The panel displays the standby screen.(2) Ask the user to start the connected computer and to confirm that no issue is found with thecomputer.(3) Ask the user to send data from each Ethernet-connected computer, and confirm that the Printerprints correctly.(4) By confirming that the Printer prints correctly, complete the operation confirmation.If the Printer does not print correctly, again check the entire system operation again by:- Asking the user to recheck the connected computers' settings; and- Rechecking the Printer's settings.If an error message appears, follow the instructions displayed to solve the problem.
