To send your faxusing this header page, you can print it at any time and fillin your details.1 Select !30 - FAX /HEADER PAGE.2 Select:301 - LOCAL, to print a header page according tothe language configured on the terminal,302 - INTERNAT, to print a bilingual header page,the language of the country configured on theterminal and English. The separator between thetwo languages is "/".Example of the international header page:Immediate transmission1 Place the document to be copied in the automaticdocument feeder, face printed on the top.orPlace the document to be copied face down on theglass, respecting the indications around the glass.2 Enter the fax number then press or .3 If you are using the flatbed scanner, you can scanmore than one page. Place the next page on thescanner, select NEXT and confirm with OK. SelectDONE when all pages have been scanned.The icon flashes during the call phase, it stays litwhen both faxes are in communication.At the end of transmission the initial screen is displayed.Delayed transmissionThis function allows you to transmit a document at a latertime.To program a postponed transmission you need toidentify the subscriber number, transmission time, feedertype and number of pages.To delay the transmission time of your document :1 Place the document to be copied in the automaticdocument feeder, face printed on the top.orPlace the document to be copied face down on theglass, respecting the indications around the glass.2 Select !31 - FAX / TRANSMISSION.3 Enter the subscriber number you wish to programat a different time or choose your dialling mode andconfirm with OK.4 Next to the current time, enter the new time andconfirm with OK.5 Adjust the contrast and confirm with OK.6 Select the feed type, FEEDER or MEMORY andconfirm with OK.7 You may enter the number of pages beforetransmission and confirm with OK.8 Confirm postponed transmission by pressing .9 If you are using the flatbed scanner, you can scanmore than one page. Place the next page on thescanner, select NEXT and confirm with OK. SelectDONE when all pages have been scanned.Your document is stored and will be sent at the new time.NoteIf English is the language configuredon the terminal, the header page willonly be printed in English.NoteYou can modify transmission optionswhen sending a fax. To do so, pressOK after entering the fax number.ImportantMake sure that the document in thefeeder tray or on the scanner windowis properly located in order to avoidsending blank or incorrect pages.
