MB280- 69 -PC FeaturesThe sent item memory (items sent)The sent item memory is used to keep a copy of all SMSmessages you have sent.The information in the sent item memory is:• the SMS recipient,• the date of creation of the SMS,• the date of sending of the SMS,• the size of the SMS.SMS ParametersAccess to SMS parameters1 Click the icon SMS of the window C OMPANIOND IRECTOR.2 Select T OOLS > OPTIONS > SMS.3 Make the adjustments required, referring to thedescription of the parameters below and click OK.Description of the tab LOGS AND REPORTSSoftware UninstallationThis section describes the following procedures:• full uninstallation of the Companion Suite Prosoftware,• uninstallation of the drivers only.Uninstall the software from your PCTurn your PC on. Open an account session with theadministration rights.Run the programs removal from the menu S TART>A LL P ROGRAMS >OKIDATA > C OMPANION S UITE P RO LL2> U NINSTALL.1 A confirmation screen appears. Click on the Y ESbutton to continue the Companion Suite Proprogram removal.2 The uninstall program is launched. You can cancelthe removal by clicking on C ANCEL.3 Click on the OK button.4 You need to restart your system at the end of theprocedure. Click on the Y ES button.Uninstall the drivers from your PCTurn your PC on. Open an account session with theadministration rights.Depending on the installation mode used, select therequired uninstallation mode:• If you have installed the drivers with the CompanionSuite Pro software, see paragraph Uninstall thedrivers using the Companion Suite Pro software.• If you have installed the drivers manually, seeparagraph Uninstall the drivers manually.Option DescriptionAutomatic printingof a sent documentThe SMS is automaticallyprinted when it is sent.Printing of a sendreportAn outbox report is printed aftereach SMS is sent.Printing of theoutbox logThe log is automatically printedwhen its contents fill a page.
