Press MENU to enter the menu.2. Press " to select LOCATION PROGRAM and press ENTER or$.3. Press " to select FAX NETWORK PRG. and press ENTER or $.4. Enter the server number (40 digits max) using the numeric keypadand press ENTER.5. Enter the account number (14 digits max) using the numeric keypadand press ENTER.6. Enter the international prefix number (10 digits max) using thenumeric keypad and press ENTER.7. Press the # or STOP to return to the stand-by mode.Note: A maximum of three prefixes can be registered.Dial directoriesThis section explains how to program the new dial directories into the faxmachine.Note: The programming of e-mail addresses and web page URLs isonly possible when an account number is programmed into thefax machine. If an account number is deleted after e-mailaddresses and/or web page URLs have been registered, only theprogramming screen for telephone (fax) numbers can beaccessed.Programming One-Touch keysThe fax machine has 40 One-Touch keys that can be used for the rapiddialling of registered numbers. Up to 80 telephone (fax) numbers, aprimary and alternate number for each One-Touch key, or 40 e-mailaddresses or web page URLs (one per One-Touch key) can be registered.A 15-character location ID can also be entered for each One-Touch key(telephone (fax) numbers only).
