23Recording FeaturesRecording Features1 Insert a pre-recorded tapeinto the source (playing) VCR and ablank tape with recorded tab closed inplace into this unit.2 Press MENU to display MAIN MENUscreen.3 Press +/– to select REC MODE , thenpress SET to display the REC MODEmenu screen.4 Press +/– to select AV JACK , thenpress SET to select IN.5 Press +/– to select AUDIO SEL , thenpress SET to select LINE.• Press MENU twice to exit.• “LINE AV IN” is displayed on the LCDmonitor. Whenthe tape reaches the point from whichyou want to start dubbing, pressPAUSE.7 First place this unit to play pausemode, and then press (REC) for recpause mode.8 Simultaneously, press (PAUSE) onboth units to begin copying.9 Press (STOP) on both units whencopying is completed.Before you begin• Connect this unit and VCR to theirpower sources.• Connect this unit to a VCR asillustrated left.• Turn ON both units.• Before using S-VIDEO Connector,insert the DC Cable into the DC INTerminal.
