ASSEMBLYAttaching or Removing BitNOTE:Disconnect battery pack from the mainunit or place the switch in the centerposition (switch lock).The main unit is equipped with a keylessdrill chuck.1. AttachmentInsert the bit and turn the lock collarclockwise (looking from the front) totighten firmly until it stops clicking.[Fig.1]2. RemovalTurn the lock collar counterclockwise(looking from the front), then removethe bit. [Fig.2]NOTE:If there is excessive play in the chuck,secure the drill in place and open thechuck jaws by turning the lock collarand tighten the screw (left-handedscrew) with a screwdriver by turning itcounterclockwise (viewed from thefront).
