35Sending FaxesSending the same document to pre-programmed parties1 Insert the document FACE DOWN.lIf necessary, press or repeatedlyto select the desired resolution (p. 28).2 Press .Display:3 Press or until the following isdisplayed.4 Press .lThe document will be fed into the unit andscanned into memory. The unit will thentransmit the data to each station, callingeach number sequentially.lAfter transmission, the stored document willbe erased automatically, and the unit willautomatically print a broadcast sendingreport (see below).SETSEND:PRESS SETDIRECTORY[+ -]FACE DOWNSTOPDisplaySETNote:l If you select the “FINE”, “SUPER FINE” or “PHOTO”resolution, the number of pages that the unit cantransmit will decrease.l If the document exceeds the memory capacity (p. 73),sending will be canceled.l If one of the stations is busy or does not answer, thestation will be skipped. All skipped stations will beredialed up to 2 times after all of the other stationshave been called.To cancel the broadcast setting1.
