Or call, toll free,1-800-HELP-FAX (1-800-435-7329) to locate a PASC Factory Servicenter. Carry-in or mail-in service inPuerto Rico can be obtained during the warranty period by calling the Panasonic Sales Company telephonenumber listed in the Servicenter Directory.This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. A purchase receipt or other proof of date of originalpurchase will be required before warranty service is rendered.This warranty only covers failures due to defects in material or workmanship which occur during normal use.The inability of this product to interface with any specific computer is not a manufacturing defect and isoutside of the scope of this Limited Warranty. In no event shall the warrantor be liable by reason of suchincompatibility. The warranty does not cover damages which occur in shipment, or failures which are causedby products not supplied by the warrantor such as non Panasonic ink film, toner cartridge or drum unit, orfailures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, faulty installation, misapplication,set-up adjustments, improper operation or maintenance, alteration, modification, power line surge, impropervoltage supply, lightning damage, signal reception problems, rental use of the product, or service by anyoneother than a PASC Factory Servicenter or a PASC authorized Servicenter, or damage that is attributable toacts of God.LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONSThere are no express warranties except as listed above.THE WARRANTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGESRESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THISWARRANTY.
