In the first case, a call cannot be placed to the called party. This is called Rerouting.In the second case the call is not answered within a programmed time period. This is calledIntercept Routing — No Answer (IRNA).Items which can have the Intercept Routing destination are:1. Intelligent Call Handling tables2.
