To answerthe call, press MTALK/ZN.R To change the handset ringer volume andringer tone for intercom, see page 37.Making an intercom call1 MMENUN a MbN: “Intercom” aMSELECTN2 MbN: Select the desired unit or “Voicepaging”a MSELECTNR If you select “Voice paging”, speakinto the microphone after the beep.Your voice will be heard using thespeakers of all handsets, until a pagedparty answers your page or until youpress MOFFN.After the other party answers, thespeakerphone mode is turned on.3 When you finish talking, press MOFFN.Note:R You can also use the MINTERCOMN softkey, if displayed, to make intercom calls.R You cannot use voice paging if other unitsare in use.Answering an intercom call1 Press MTALK/ZN to answer the page.2 When you finish talking, press MOFFN.Turning auto intercom on/offThis feature allows the handset to answerintercom calls automatically when it is called.You do not need to press MTALK/ZN. Whenthis feature is set to “On”, the monitoringhandset for the baby monitor feature(page 43) will also answer baby monitorcalls automatically.
