MFAOUIOGENGLISHPlaying Back Still Pictures andAdvancing Them One by One(Still Playback/Still Advance Playback)You can freeze the action during playback and advance thestill pictures one by one.1 Press the Play Button [►].2 Press the Pause Button [I I].The playback picture stops in the Still Playback Mode.3 Press the Slow Motlon/Stlll Advance Button [«l]or [!►] on the Remote Controller.Pressing the [-1] Button advances the stiii picture one byone in reverse direction. Pressing the [!►] Buttonadvances the still picture one by one in forward direction.•Each press of the H] Button advances to the next stillpicture in reverse direction. Each press of the [■►] Buttonadvances to the next still picture in forward direction.Keeping either button pressed continuously advances thestill pictures one by one until you release the button.• If you leave the Movie Camera in the Still Playback Mode formore than 6 minutes, it switches over to the Stop Mode toprotect the video heads against excessive wear.•During Still Advance Playback, the Time Code Indicationmay not be accurate.• During Still Playback, adjusting the sound volume is notpossible.Resuming Normal PlaybackPress the Play Button [►].Playback continues with normal speed.Using the Jog Dial (Jog Playback)By turning the Jog Dial ([PUSH] Dial) Q on the MovieCamera in the Still Playback Mode, you can advance the stillpictures one by one in forward or reverse direction.-66-
