(It might not be repairable.)•If seawater has accidentally splashed on the Movie Camera,moisten a soft cloth with tap water, wring it well and wipe thecamera body carefully with it. Then thoroughly wipe it with asoft, dry cloth.Keep the Movie Camera away from magnetizedequipment (TVs, video games, etc.)• If you use the Movie Camera on or near a TV, theelectromagnetic radiation may cause picture and sounddistortion.•Strong magnetic fields generated by speakers and largemotors may damage the recordings on the tape and distortthe picture.•The electromagnetic radiation from micro-processors canadversely influence the Movie Camera and cause pictureand sound distortion.•If the Movie Camera is adversely influenced by magnetizedequipment and does not work correctly, turn the MovieCamera off, remove the Battery or disconnect the ACAdaptor and attach the Battery or connect the AC Adaptoragain. Then turn the Movie Camera on.Do not use the Movie Camera near a radiotransmitter or high-voltage power line.•If you record near a radio transmitter or high-voltage powerline, the recorded picture and sound may be adverselyinfluenced.Do not use the Movie Camera for surveillance andother industrial applications.•If the Movie Camera is being used for a long time, the insidetemperature could rise excessively and this may causemalfunction.•This Movie Camera is not designed for industrial use.Take care that no sand and fine dust enters theMovie Camera when using it on a beach or similarplaces.•Sand and dust could damage the Mows Camera andcassette.
