Using the Panaboard in Projector Mode43Using[B] Saving files automatically, named withthe dateIf the Save file automatically, named with date isenabled in the Options setting, files will beautomatically saved. (Refer to “Setting Options” onpage 36.)1 Click (Capture) in the Desktop DrawingTool.• The save verification window appears.2 Click [OK].• If Do not show this message again checkbox is clicked, the save verification windowdoes not appear when saving a file. Todisplay it again, refer to “Setting Options” onpage 36.■ Printing an Image of the DesktopAllows you to print the background image of theDesktop and handwritten lines that were drawn on theDesktop.1 Click (Print) in the Desktop Drawing Tool.• The Print window appears.2 Set the Printer and Number of copies.3 Click [OK].• The Printing window appears.• To stop the printing, click [Cancel] in thePrinting window.■ Using the On-Screen KeyboardOn-Screen Keyboard is a tool which the user can useto input data: it is a virtual keyboard on the computerscreen which has been projected onto the InteractivePanaboard screen. It can also be used with thehandwriting tablet to recognize handwriting text.The On-Screen Keyboard provided with Windows canalso be used instead of the original keyboard.(Refer to “Setting Options” on page 36.)[A] Inputting characters1 Click (On-Screen Keyboard (HandwritingTablet)) in the Desktop Drawing Tool.• If the Handwriting Tablet appears, clickicon on the Handwriting Tablet to change tothe On-Screen Keyboard. SelectingStandard Keyboard or EnhancedKeyboard from the Keyboard menu of theHandwriting Tablet is also available tochange to the On-Screen Keyboard.2 Activate the target application window forinput. Align the text cursor with the input field.3 Click the characters on the On-ScreenKeyboard.• The title of the target application for inputcurrently is displayed as the On-ScreenKeyboard title.[B] Using the Handwriting Tablet1 Click (On-Screen Keyboard (HandwritingTablet)) in the Desktop Drawing Tool.• If the On-Screen Keyboard appears, clickicon on the On-Screen Keyboard tochange to the Handwriting Tablet. SelectingHandwriting Tablet from the Keyboardmenu of the On-Screen Keyboard is alsoavailable to change to the HandwritingTablet.2 Activate the target application window forinput.
