22User/Host managementIt is necessary to register users who operate the recorder and hosts (PC) that accesses the recorder via a network such as aLAN. Up to 8 hosts (PCs) can access the recorder at the same time.When another host (PC) tries to log in to the recorder after 8 hosts (PCs) have already logged in, the user with the lowest prioritywill be logged out. When the user who is trying to log in has the same priority as the users who have already logged in, the userwhose login is the earlier is logged out.When accessing the recorder from a PC via a network, the authentication method is different depending on the "User authentica-tion" settings of the "Basic" tab under "User management".
