chapter 1 21Connections and SetupOther Remote Control Buttons(listed alphabetically)This section describes what each button does when the remote isoperating the DVD Player.3-D Press this button to simulate a 3-D surround effect from 2 stereospeakers (if the disc was recorded using Dolby Surround or DolbyDigital).ANTENNA Allows you to change the source of the video signal.ANGLE Press this button to access various camera angles on a disc (ifthe disc contains multiple camera angles).AUDIO Use this button to access various audio languages on a disc (ifthe disc contains multiple audio streams).CH+ In DVD mode, allows you to move to the beginning of the nextchapter or track on a disc (in effect, “skipping” the chapter or track).When the remote is in TV mode, this button changes the TV to the nextchannel (if the remote has been programmed to operate the TV).CH– In DVD mode, allows you to move to the beginning of thepreceding chapter or track on a disc (in effect, “skipping” the chapteror track). When the remote is in TV mode, this button changes the TVto the previous channel (if the remote has been programmed to operatethe TV).CLEAR Clears the on-screen display from the screen when you’replaying a disc.FORWARD Allows you to search forward through a disc while it is inplay mode (or slow speed search in pause mode).GO BACK When you’re using the DVD Player’s menu system, press thisbutton to return to the preceding menu screen.GUIDE Allows you to see the titles that are available on the current disc(if the disc contains a guide menu).INDEX Brings up a pictorial index of the chapters in the current title.INFO Press this button while you’re playing a disc to see the on-screeninformation banner. The information banner contains various playbackfeatures and gives you information about the disc you’re playing.INPUT Use with the TV button to tune to the Video Input Channel.
