15ArtNo.311-0033 Wok burner details FSDABCDEArtNo.311-0016 Fitting the burner inner headABThe Wok BurnerWhen reassembling the wok burner (Fig. 5.2) turn over thelarge base ring and find the ‘D’ shaped area (Fig. 5.3). Turnthe head until the ‘D’ matches the one on the burner base.Flip the burner over once again and place it on the burnerbase.To fit the small inner burner, find the larger electrode notchin the burner rim. Line this up with the ignition electrode andplace the inner burner on the large base ring (Fig. 5.4).Now fit the two burner caps, making sure that they are seatedproperly.Check the burner ports are not blocked. If a blockage occurs,remove stubborn particles using a piece of fuse wire.GriddleAlways clean the griddle after use. Allow it to cool completelybefore removing. Immerse the griddle plate in hot soapywater. Use a soft cloth or, for stubborn stains, a nylon washingup brush.If the griddle is washed in a dishwasher then somedishwasher residue may appear on the back. This is normaland will not affect the performance of your griddle.The Wok CradleRecommended cleaning materials are hot soapy water, amoistened soap pad, cream cleaner or nylon scourer.Oven and DividerClean the oven and divider with a proprietary oven cleaner,suitable for enamel.IMPORTANT: Before cleaning the divider make sure toremove the silicon sealing strip from the front edge – someoven cleaners can damage the seal. Remove the strip bygently pulling both ends to release the hooks holding it inplace.Control Panel and Oven DoorsAvoid using any abrasive cleaners including cream cleaners.For best results use liquid detergents.The control panel and control knobs should only be cleanedwith a soft cloth wrung out in clean hot soapy water – buttake care that no surplus water seeps into the appliance.Wipe with a clean dampened cloth then polish with a drycloth. The oven doors should only be cleaned with a soft clothwrung out in clean hot soapy water.Removing the Oven Door Outer PanelThe outer door panel can be removed so that the inside ofthe glass can be cleaned. Open the door and remove the2 screws in the inside face (Fig. 5.5).
