Italso describes the correct procedure of anchoring the hydrostatic stabilizing winch. However current terrain andclimatic conditions may require different methods of operation than those shown in this chart. The operator isalways responsible for choosing the most suitable method of operation especially with regards to safety. In anycase it is always absolutely necessary to comply with all safety instructions listed in this Manual.Chart of recommended methods of operation is placed together with the basic set of tools on the machine. Seechapter 11.24 Tools.Always keep the tyres inflated to therecommended pressure. Other valuesmay unfavourably influence thedriving characteristics. Maximumpressure – 250kPa/2,5bar/36PSICheck the blades. Blades must beproperly tightened. Blades must notbe bent and the edges must not bedamaged.Check the fuel level Check the overall condition of thewinch. The rope and the snap hookmust not be damaged.On slopes never enter the area belowor directly above the machine.Recommended method of cutting onslopes up to 20 degrees provided theoperator is well acquainted with theterrain and there is no risk of tippingthe machine over.Recommended method of cutting onslopes up to 35 degrees provided theoperator is well acquainted with theterrain and there is no risk of tippingthe machine over.On slopes exceeding 35 degrees alwaysuse the stabilizing winch. On slopesnever enter the area below or directlyabove the machine.Recommended method of cuttingaround trees on slopes up to 35degrees.Recommended method of cuttingaround trees on slopes exceeding 35degrees.
