Re-install burner (see Step 11).19. Ensure the pilot light is in the correct orientation to the Burner. Recon-nect the gas and electrical supply to the appliance. Start the appliance.(see section on Lighting Instructions) Ensure that pilot and burner igni-tion is completed without delay. Check both your inlet and outlet pres-sures at full load. With a soapy solution, leak test the entire system.Verify both the correct flame and pilot appearance.20. See Gas Pipe Pressure Testing in manual.15. Remove pilot retainer clip with pliers and pull off the pilot cap to exposethe pilot orifice.16. Unscrew the pilot orifi ce with the Allen key; then replace with the LPGpilot orifi ce and the pilot cap, provided in the kit.Installer Notice:These instructions must be leftwith the appliance.Pilot retainer clip14. Remove burner orifice with a 3/8" wrench. Use another wrench to holdon to the elbow behind the orifice. Discard orifice. Reinstall new burnerorifi ce LPG stamped #47 and tighten.Burner OrificeLocation13. Loosen 8 screws in locations shown below (2 at front and 2 at rear)—slideburner to the left away from the orifice and lift out.12.
