E33 FPI Direct Vent Gas Insert 27INSTALLATION1) Remove the rivets from the surround bypulling off the hoseclamp (located at thebackside of surround) with a screwdriver orplyer. Re-install the rivets by putting themthrough the holes on the sides of the sur-round.3) Remove the handles by removing the nutand screw. Install the new handles byplacing them in position over the holes onthe surround louver. Put the screws throughthe holes and secure them by tighteningthem with a nut.2) Take the hoseclamps and put them over theback of each rivet. Squeeze the hoseclampto secure onto rivets ensuring that thehoseclamp is touching the back side ofthe surround. The hoseclamp can now bereleased.4) Place the emblem over the emblem designon the surround. Insert the studs through theholes. To secure them first put on the splitlock washer and then the nut and tighten.DOUBLE DOOR OPTIONRemove the handles by removing the nutand screw. Install the new handles by placingthem in position over the holes on the door(s).Put the studs through the holes and securethem by tightening them with a nut.5) Place the bottom hooks of the Surround intothe bottom slots of the Faceplate. Slightlypull up the Surround and push the top hooksinto the top slots of the Faceplate. Pushdown to secure.
