26_ troubleshootingInformaTIon codESThe Control Panel displays information codes to help you understand what is occurring with yourdishwasher. If you see any of the codes listed below, you should select the Cancel and Drain option, andthen follow the instructions in the Solution column.COde SymbOl meANING SOlUTIONTemperature Sensor errorFunctional error. With the dishwasher empty, adddetergent, and then run a cycle.If the problem continues, go to your housecircuit breaker panel, set the dishwasher’scircuit breaker switch to off, and then contact anauthorized Samsung service center.Heater errorHigh temperature Heating errorLow water level errorWater supply error Check whether the water supply valve is closed,the water supply is suspended, or the waterinlet valve or line is frozen or clogged by foreignparticles.If the problem continues, close the water supplyvalve, and then contact an authorized Samsungservice center.High temperature Water supplyerrorCheck the temperature of the supplied water. Ifit is higher than 176 ˚F (80 ˚C), a functional errormay occur with the dishwasher.Drain error Check whether the drain hose is clogged orfolded. If the problem continues, close the watersupply valve, and then contact an authorizedSamsung service center.Over-level water error Functional error.
