Call Functions 55Making a Call from the Address BookYou can store phone numbers that you use regularly on theSIM card or in the phone’s memory. These entries arecollectively called the Address Book.Answering a CallWhen a call is received the phone rings and displays thecaller’s phone number, or name if stored in the AddressBook.1. At the incoming call screen:• Touch and drag in any direction to answer the call.• Touch and drag in any direction to reject the calland send it to your voicemail.• Touch and drag the Reject call with message tab upward andtap a predefined text message to send to the caller.– I’m driving– I’m at the movie theater– I’m in class– I’m in a meeting– Sorry, I’m busy. Call back later.– or –– Tap Create new message to compose a new message.2. Tap (End Call) to end the call.Note: You can answer a call while using the Address Book orother menu feature. After ending the call, the phonereturns to the previously active function screen.Call LogThe phone stores the numbers of the calls you’ve dialed,received, or missed in the Call log. The Call log displays thedetails of the call.1. From the Home screen, tap (Phone).2. Tap (Logs tab).A list of recent calls is displayed. If the number or calleris listed in your Address Book, the associated name isdisplayed.
