Bothcontacts now go back to being separately displayed.Marking a Contact as DefaultWhen you use messaging type applications, the applicationneeds to know which information is primary (default) in acontact entry list. For example, you may have three differentcontact records for John Smith, so the application will belooking for the “default” number or entry.1. From the Home screen, tap (Contacts).2. Tap a Contact name.3. Press (Menu) ➔ Mark as default. The Mark asdefault screen displays radio buttons next to thecontact names or phone numbers of all the linkedcontacts. The radio button next to the default contactwill be green.4. To change the default contact, tap the radio button nextto another entry that you want to be the default. Theradio button will turn green, then tap Done.Note: If there are multiple phone numbers assigned to anentry, assigning one as the default will automatically dialthat number when the contact is selected for dialing.Synchronizing AccountsFrom the Accounts menu you decide if you want applicationsto synchronize, send, and receive data at any given time, or ifyou want the applications to synchronize automatically. Afterdetermining how you want the accounts to synchronize,indicate which account to synchronize with your Contactslist.1. From the Home screen, tap ➔ Settings ➔(Accounts tab) and then navigate to the My accountsarea.2. Select the email account containing the contacts youwish to synchronize.3.
