69• Message Info: Provides the following information: From andCallback #, Priority, Message Type, Size and Attachment(s) nameand size.Note: When viewing a Video message, you can view the previous messageby pressing the Directional key left. You can also view the nextmessage by pressing the Directional key right.Receiving Voice MessagesWhen you receive a new Voice Message, your phone will soundand the screen will display View Now and View Later. For thefollowing steps, choose View Now.Note: For the option Reject to appear in the display when you receive a VoiceMessage, Multimedia Auto Receive mode must be set to Off in theMessage Settings menu. The default Multimedia Auto Receive value isset to On.1. When you choose View Now, the recording (and text if any)contained in the Voice Message appears in the display.2. Press the Directional key up or down to scroll throughthe message or view the entire picture if necessary.3. Press the left soft key Mute/Unmute (while anattached sound byte is playing), or the right soft keyOptions. The following options may appear in the display:• Play Again: Replays the sound byte attached to a Picture Message.• Forward: Forward the message to another recipient.• Erase: Deletes the message. Only displays in menu when a soundbyte isn’t attached to the message that was sent.• Save As Ringtone: Saves the sound byte received with themessage as a ringtone.• Save Sound: Saves the sound received with the message.• Save Quick Text: Saves the text received in the message to theQuick Text list.• Save Name Card: Saves the attached name card to your ContactList.• Lock/Unlock: Locks or unlocks the entry to prevent accidentaldeletion.• Add To Contacts: Save the number of the sender to your Contactsas a new entry or add to an existing entry.• Messaging Font Size: Allows you to select the font size of the messagebeing viewed.
