Any such dispute shall not becombined or consolidated with a dispute involving any otherperson's or entity's Product or claim, and specifically, withoutlimitation of the foregoing, shall not under any circumstancesproceed as part of a class action. The arbitration shall beconducted before a single arbitrator, whose award may notexceed, in form or amount, the relief allowed by the applicablelaw. The arbitration shall be conducted according to theAmerican Arbitration Association (AAA) Commercial ArbitrationRules applicable to consumer disputes. This arbitration provisionis entered pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act. The laws ofthe State of Texas, without reference to its choice of lawsprinciples, shall govern the interpretation of the Limited Warrantyand all disputes that are subject to this arbitration provision.
