In a Large Claim case, thearbitrator may grant to the prevailing party, or apportion amongthe parties, reasonable attorney fees, expert witness fees andcosts. These are the only two forms of notice that will beeffective to opt out of this dispute resolution procedure. Opting outof this dispute resolution procedure will not affect the coverage ofthe Limited Warranty in any way, and you will continue to enjoy thebenefits of the Limited Warranty.
