Messages66Inbox (Menu 3-3)Your phone can store SMS messages and theircorresponding Caller ID in your phone’s memories.When your memory is full, the screen displays atext notification and rejects additional incomingmessages until you read or erase the obsolete ones.Text MessagesWhen the phone receives a text message, the NewText Message icon ( ) and a text notification withthe call back number appear. Press the Select softkey to view the message immediately.When you access the Inbox menu, a list of thereceived message displays.While viewing the message list, press the Up orDown key to scroll to a message and:• Press the View soft key to view the message youwant. The phone displays the contents. Ifnecessary, press the Up or Down key to scanthrough the message.While viewing a message, press the Menu softkey to use the following options:Reply: allows you to send a reply message tothe sender.Forward: allows you to send the message toother people.Call/Save: shows the sender’s number of themessage. Press the key to make a call to thesender’s phone number. Press the Save soft keyto save it.Erase: erases the selected message.
