Since thedevices communicate using radio waves, theydo not need to be in line of sight to each other.Setting up the Bluetooth featureThe Bluetooth menu provides the followingoptions:• Activation: activate or deactivate theBluetooth feature.• My devices: search for connectableBluetooth devices.• My phone’s visibility: allow otherBluetooth devices to connect to your phone.• My phone’s name: assign a Bluetoothdevice name to your phone, which is thendisplayed on other devices.• Secure mode: determine if the phone asksfor your confirmation when other devicesaccess your data.• Bluetooth services: display availableBluetooth services.• If there are obstacles between the devices,the maximum operating distance may bereduced.• It is recommended that you do not use theBluetooth feature while using multimediafeatures such as voice recorder, camera, andmusic player, or vice versa, for betterperformance.• Some devices, especially those are not testedor approved by SIG, may be incompatible withyour phone.
