Phone settings155Short cut (Menu 9.8)The Navigation keys can be used as shortcut keys.In Idle mode, they allow you to access specificmenus directly.In this menu, you can change the shortcutsassigned to the Navigation keys.To assign a shortcut to a key:1. Select the key to be used as a shortcut key bypressing the Up or Down key and press thekey or Select soft key.2. Select the menu to be assigned to the key bypressing the Up or Down key.Note: To deactivate a shortcut key, select theNone option.3. Press the key or Select soft key to save theselection.Reset settings (Menu 9.9)You can easily reset your phone to its defaultsettings. To reset your phone:1. Select the Reset settings menu.2. Enter the 4- to 8-digit phone password andpress the key or OK soft key.Note: The password is preset to “00000000.” Tochange this password, see page 151.
