Messages98Multimedia messages (Menu 5.2)Multimedia Message Service (MMS) is a serviceproviding delivery of personal multimedia messagesfrom phone to phone or from phone to e-mail. Inaddition to the familiar text content, multimediamessages can contain images, video clips, audioclips, and combinations of these things. Imagescould include downloads and photos you havetaken, while audio clips could be downloaded orrecorded sounds, or voice memos. Using MMS, yourphone can send and receive these multimediamessages.This function is available only if it is supported byyour service provider. Only phones that offermultimedia messaging features can receive anddisplay multimedia messages.Note: When you buy media content from the Internet,this content is delivered to you in MMSmessages. You can retrieve the messages fromthe server and then save the items in yourphone’s memory. You cannot forward thesemessages to other people or add the savesitems to an MMS message.Create (Menu 5.2.1)This menu allows you to create a new multimediamessage and then send it to one or multipledestinations.Creating and sending a multimedia message1.
