2Installing the SIM CardWhen you subscribe to a cellular network, you are providedwith a plug-in SIM card loaded with your subscription details,such as your PIN, available optional services, and manyothers features.Important! The plug-in SIM card information and its contactscan be easily damaged by scratching or bending, sobe careful when handling, inserting, or removing thecard. Keep all SIM cards out of reach of smallchildren. Carefully slide the SIM card into the SIM card socket (asshown) until the card locks into place.• Make sure that the card’s gold contacts face into the phoneand that the upper-left angled corner of the card is positionedas shown.Note: If the card is not inserted correctly, the phone will notdetect the SIM card. Re-orient the card back into the slotif the SIM is not detected.
