Tap the minus sign next to entry you want toseparate. The contact is now separated and no longerdisplays in the merged record screen.Marking a Contact as DefaultWhen you use messaging type applications, the applicationneeds to know which information is primary (default) in acontact entry list. For example, you may have three differentcontact records for John Smith, so the application will belooking for the “default” number or entry.1. From the Home screen, tap Contacts .2. Tap a Contact name.3. Press ➔ Mark as default. The Mark as defaultscreen displays radio buttons next to the contact namesor phone numbers of all the linked contacts. The radiobutton next to the default contact will be green.4. To change the default contact, tap the radio button nextto the entry that you want to be the default. The radiobutton turns green. Tap Done.Synchronizing AccountsFrom the Accounts menu you decide if you want applicationsto synchronize data at a specific time, or if you want theapplications to synchronize automatically. After determininghow you want the accounts to synchronize, indicate whichaccount to synchronize with your Contacts list.1. From the Home screen, tap Contacts .2. Press then tap Accounts.3. Tap the Auto sync app data checkbox to create acheckmark and activate the feature.4. Tap OK to synchronize all accounts.The accounts are synchronized.
