Category: allows you to select the application you want tosynchronize. Select All to synchronize all of the items in eachapplication. Type: allows you to select the synchronization type, eitherRecovery Sync or Normal Sync. Protocol: allows you to select the synchronization protocol,either Sync with Network or Sync with PC.4. When you have finished, press the key.
