The following options are available:Service centre: allows you to store or change thenumber of your SMS centre required when sendingmessages. You must obtain this number from yourservice provider.Validity period: allows you to set the length oftime your messages are stored at the messagecentre while attempts are made to deliver them.Message type: allows you to set the message typeto Text, Fax, Voice, ERMES, X400, or E-Mail.The network can convert the messages into theselected format.Reply path: allows the recipient of your SMSmessage to send you a reply via your messagecentre, if the service is provided by the network.Delivery report: allows you to set on or off. Whenthis function is set to on, the network informs youwhether or not your message has been delivered.Multimedia Message (Menu 1.6.2)Using this menu, you can set up default settings forsending or receiving MMS message. The followingoptions are available:Send settings: The following options are available:Priority: allows you to set the priority of message.Validity period: allows you to set the length of timeyour messages are stored at the message centrewhile attempts are made to deliver them.Messages95Delivery after: you can set the delay time beforethe phone sends your messages.Leave a copy: allows you to copy the message thatyou sent.Address hiding: when this option sets to On, yourphone number does not display on the recipientsphone.Delivery report: when this option sets to On, thenetwork informs you whether or not your messagehas been delivered.Read reply: when this option sets to On, yourrecipient’s phone sends a reply to let you knowwhen your message was read by her/him.Receive settings: the following options areavailable:Message reception: allows you to set how youreceive a message. You can select one of Manual,Automatic and Reject.Anonymous reject: when this option sets to On,your phone rejects messages without a caller ID.Adverts reject: when this option sets to On, youcan reject advertisements by service provider.Report allowed: when this option sets to Off, yourphone does not send a reply to the recipient’sphone even if the sender asks for the read reply.MMS profiles: in this menu, you can configureMMS profile settings that are required when yousend or receive multimedia messages.Current profile: allows you to select one profile touse currently.
