156CameraUsing the camera module embedded in your phone,you can take pictures for people or events while onthe move. Additionally, you can send photos toother people in a picture message or as an e-mailattachment. The camera produces JPEG pictures.Take Photos (Menu 8.1)This menu allows you to take a picture to send thephoto as a picture message to other destinations.You can use the picture as a background and storeit separately in My album folder.Taking a Picture1. To aim to the subject, rotate the camera at thetop left of the phone.2. To access the Take photos menu directly, pressthe Down key in Idle Mode. And then press theSelect soft key when Take photos highlights.To take pictures immediately in Idle Mode, longpress the Down key.The image to be captured appears on thedisplay.The icons on the top line of the display indicatethe current mode, brightness, size and quality.Camera1573. Adjust the image by aiming the camera to thesubject.Use the Left and Right keys to adjust thebrightness of the picture.The Up, Down keys zoom in and out the image.The volume keys allow you to flip the picture upand down.You can set the camera options. Press the Capture soft key to take a picture.The picture is automatically saved in the Myphotos (Menu 8.2).Note: While taking a picture, if you have any noisein your display, press the 2 key.When you press the Options soft key in step 4, thefollowing options are available.
