Network Services132You can specify individual call diverting options foreach of the following call types:• Voice calls only• Fax calls only (not available when line 2 is in use)• Data calls only (not available when line 2 is inuse)Example: You can:• systematically divert fax calls to youroffice fax machine.• divert voice calls to your colleague ifyou are already using the phone.Setting Call Diverting Options1. Select the type of call diverting by pressing theUp or Down key and then press the Select softkey.2. Select the type of calls to be diverted bypressing the Up or Down key and then press theSelect soft key.3. Press the Activate soft key to confirm yoursettings.4. Enter the number to which the calls are to bediverted.To enter an international code, hold down the 0key until the + sign displays.You can also select a number in Phonebook orthe voice mail server number, by pressing theOptions soft key, followed by Phonebook orVoice server.Network Services1335. When you are satisfied, press the Ok soft key.The phone sends your settings to the networkand the network’s acknowledgement displays.Deactivating Specific Call DivertingOptions1. Select the call diverting option to bedeactivated.2. Select the type of calls to which this optionapplies.3. Press the Remove soft key.The phone sends your settings to the networkand the network’s acknowledgement displays.You can also deactivate all call diverting options byselecting the Cancel all option.Call Barring (Menu 6.2)The call barring network service allows you torestrict your calls.Call barring can be set up in the following ways:All outgoing: calls cannot be made.International: international calls cannot be made.International except to home: when abroad,calls can be made only to numbers within thecurrent country and to your home country, that isthe country where your home network provider islocated.
