96Using librariesA library is a file list provided by Windows Media Player toretrieve media files in the phone’s memory. To access libraries,press the Menu soft key from the player screen and selectLibrary. The library screen contains categories, such as MyPlaylists, My Music, and My Videos. From the library screen, youcan sort your content by criteria, such as artist name, album title,or genre.On the library screen, you can use the following options bypressing the Menu soft key:• Queue Up: adds the selected file to the end of the current play list.• Delete from Library: deletes the selected file or all files from thelibrary.• Now Playing: opens the current play list.• Library: Allows you to select the library that you want to view; forexample, the library of files stored on your phone or on the memorycard.• Update Library: adds new files to the library by searching your phoneor a memory card.• Open File: allows you to find and play files that are stored on yourphone or a memory card, but those are not in the library.• Open URL: allows you to specify a URL address for a streamingservice.• Properties: displays information about the selected file.• Player: closes the Library screen and displays the player screen.Using Windows Media PlayerThe built in Media Player is an application that can play musicfiles. The music player supports files with extensions AAC, AAC+,eAAC+, MP3, WMA, 3GP, MPEG, MP4, and M4A. Launching theMedia Player allows you to navigate within your Media Playerfolders and select playback material.1. When the Home screen displays, select Start ➔ AT&T Music➔ Windows Media and press the key.2. Press the Menu soft key, and select the Library option.3. Move the Navigation key Up or Down to highlight a folderfrom the list:• My Music: provides a list of all music files which were purchased ordownloaded from your computer.
