This numbercan normally be used to make an emergency call in any country,with or without a SIM card inserted, if you are within a mobilephone network’s service area.Enter the emergency number 112 and press .Note: Some service providers may require a SIM card to be inserted, and insome cases the PIN to be entered as well.In some cases, other emergency numbers may also be accessed. Yourservice provider may save additional local emergency numbers on theSIM card.Manual Pause DialingWhen you call automated systems, you are often required toenter a password or account number. Instead of manuallyentering the numbers each time, you can dial the numbers alongwith special characters called pauses.
