51SettingStandby modeThis function is available when operating the projector vianetwork.Network .... Supply the power to the network function evenafter turning off the projector by pressing theON/STAND-BY button on the remote control.You can turn on/off the projector via network,modify network environment, and receivean e-mail about projector status while theprojector is powered off.Eco ............ Select Eco when you do not use the projectorvia network. The projector’s network functionwill stop when turning off the projector, youcan not turn on the projector via network.Refer to the owner’s manual of “Network Set-up andOperation”.✔Note:• When selecting Network, the cooling fans may berunning depending on the temperature inside theprojector even if the projector is turned off.• When Eco mode is selected and the projector is in Stand-by, the communication of RS-232C serial port is notavailable.StartResetExitThis function allows you to change the setting of the P-timer andexecute it.Select one of the following options:Count up ............. The P-timer display 000:00 appears on thescreen and the count starts (000:00–180:00)Count down......... The time set in the Timer setting appears onthe screen and the countdown starts.Timer.................... Use the Point ▲▼ buttons to set the Timer(1–180 Min). Timer is available in Countdown only. Factory default velue is 10 Min.Start ..................... It executes the count up or count downfunction. Press the SELECT button atStart and the indication changes intoStop. To stop Count up or Count down,press the SELECT button at Stop on thescreen menu,then the indication changesinto Restart. Press the SELECT buttonat Restart to resume Count up or Countdown.Reset ................... Reset the P-timer values.Press the SELECT button at Reset to returnto the following value;Count up ... "000:00"Count down ... Timer that you setExit .......................
