Disconnect the power cord from the printer.3. Remove side cover from printer.4. Turn screws on controller assembly counterclockwise until loose and gently pull covertowards you to remove from printer.5. Carefully insert a DDR Memory module which is compatible with your printer into theslot as shown below. When properly seated, gently push down on the module until theside braces close onto the ends of the RAM module.The Compact Flash is inserted in a similar manner.
