4 – Operation : Trimming Mix Moves28 TASCAM DM Automation GuideAuto Revert Choices:With AUTO REVERT — TRIM enabled, the automationsystem stops trimming mix moves automatically percontrol without the need to stop trimming manually. In this case, controls stop trimming mix moves at dif-ferent times, depending on when they were released(faders) or when movement ended (POD controls), orwhen the timecode was stopped. In the case of the touch-sensitive faders, the revertstarts when the fader is released. In the case of PODcontrols and encoders, revert starts when the CONTROLSENSE TIME OUT has expired without movement of thecontrol. CONTROL SENSE TIME OUT allows the POD con-trols to respond as if they are touch-sensitive eventhough they are not. When a Revert occurs, the control smoothly matchesback to its previous data based on the amount ofRevert Time set. That previous data could be a con-trol’s Static position or a control’s Dynamic mixmoves.
