The fault can be reset with the Reset button on the control keypador via the I/O terminal. Resetting the faults will clear the fault and initiate new start-up procedureof the NFE unit. The faults are stored in the Fault history menu (M5) which can be browsed. Thedifferent fault codes you will find in the table below. The fault codes, their causes and correcting actions for software version ANCNQ100 are presentedin the table below.Table 96. Fault codesFaultcode Fault Possible cause Correcting measures2 OvervoltageThe DC-link voltage has exceeded thelimits.- too short a deceleration time- high overvoltage spikes in supplyFault:- 911Vdc, Main Voltage P2.1.1 400-500Vac- 1250Vdc, Main Voltage P2.1.1 500-690VacWarning:- 860vdc, Main Voltage P2.1.1 400-500Vac- 1150Vdc, Main Voltage P2.1.1 500-690Vac• Set deceleration timelonger.• Use brake chopper orbrake resistor(available as options).• Set over voltagecontrol active withINU devices.• Check input voltage.4 Charging faultThe pre-set charging time (defined byMaxChargeTime parameter P.2.1.3,default 5 sec) has been exceeded.DC voltage must rise above40VDC in 1 second• Check the externalcharging circuit &charging resistordimensioning• Check P.2.1.3MaxChargeTime9 UnderVoltageThe DC-link voltage has decreased underthe limits defined.- Too low supply voltage.- Component failure.- Defect input fuse.- External charge switch not closed.Fault:- 333Vdc; Main Voltage P2.1.1 400-500Vac- 573Vdc; Main Voltage P2.1.1 500-690VacWarning:- 371Vdc; Main Voltage P2.1.1 400-500Vac- 633Vdc; Main Voltage P2.1.1 500-690Vac• If there is a temporarysupply voltage break,RESET the fault andRESTART the drive.• Check the supplyvoltage. If themeasured value issufficient, internalfailure has occurred.• Check the electricalnetwork, if any breaksoccur.• If the fault re-occurs,contact your local/nearest service centeror distributor. Reportcarefully all the usedsoftware, applicationand all options.
