In new buildings, condensation runoff can formrapidly. Condensed water must be able to freely leave theunit.At some time before the heating season begins (e.g. duringautumn maintenance), check that the water seal or thecondensing water outlet in the bottom pool are not clogged.To check this, pour some water into the pool. Clean asrequired.FAULT CAUSE MEASURESError message:Extract air fan stoppedThe extract air fan has stopped. Make sure that the fan is not running. The fan cablingand operation must be checked, and if necessary thefan must be replaced. Contact the service centre.Error message:Supply air fan stopped The supply air fan has stopped. Make sure that the fan is not running. The fan cablingand operation must be checked, and if necessary thefan must be replaced. Contact the service centre.Error message:Temperature sensor 1/2/3/4/5 The temperature sensor indicatedon the user interface is damaged. The sensor installation must be checked, and ifrequired the sensor must be replaced. Contact theservice centre.Error message:Bus faultProblems with the data transferbus.Make sure that the Modbus bus is connected correctly,and that the devices connected to it are properlyfunctioning.The ventilation unit is notworking; the control panel isnot working.Power input to the unit is lost or thesafety switch catch of the door isnot touching the safety switch.Check:• Fuse in the fuse box• Fuse in the unit• Press the safety switch all the way down and test ifthe unit can be turned on. If the unit can be turnedon, ensure that the safety switch catch is touchingthe safety switch.The ventilation unit is working,but the control panel is notworking.Either the control panel 24 VDCpower is lost, there is a problemwith data transmission, or thecontrol panel is damaged.Check the cables from the unit to the control panel.Contact the service centre if necessary.NOTESome condensing water mayhave accumulated in the bottompool of the unit; this is normaland requires no correctiveaction.WARNINGWater must at all times be keptout of the electrical system.
