20.1 Checking the aeration setting of the burner.1. The aeration shutter is factory set. It is important to ensurethat the aeration setting is correct (See figure 35).2. To adjust the aeration setting loosen the two aeration shutterscrews, slide the aeration shutter to the desired position andtighten the fixing screws.20.2 To remove the ignition microswitch.(See figures 36).1. Remove the firefront casting and the front cover casting.2. Disconnect the leads from theignition microswitch (The lower of thetwo microswitches - See figure 36).3. Detach the microswitch andinsulation pad by removing twoscrews.4. Replace in the reverse order.5. Check that the microswitchoperates correctly by fully closing itand observing that there are sparks atthe pilot electrode.20.3 To remove the gas shut-offmicroswitch.(See figures 36 & 37).1. Remove the firefront casting and thefront cover casting.2. Loosen the thermocouple nut to freethe microswitch leads and pull the leadsclear of the thermocouple interrupter block(See figure 37).3. Detach the bridging bracket,microswitch assembly by removing twoscrews (See figure 36).4. Replace in the reverse order. Whenrefitting the leads to the interrupter block,make sure that they are secured firmly togive a good electrical contact.
