Doc no: M0027.02info@woodstone-corp.com or visit woodstone-corp.comwood stone corporation1801 w. bakerview rd.bellingham, wa 98226 usat. +1.360.650.1111f. +1.360.650.1166Bistro CE Installation and Operation ManualIf you received your Bistro oven disassembled, go to the ASSEMBLY section�If you received your Bistro oven fully assembled, but need to disassemble the oven to move it through a narrow door or passageway,go to the DISASSEMBLY section�If you received your Bistro oven fully assembled, the oven can be moved into place with a pallet jack using the LOWER forkliftpockets� If the oven is to be installed against a wall, you may need to leave access to the back of the oven to complete the utilityconnections�PLACING THE OVENThe oven must be installed on a flat level surface� The weight of the oven is carried by the full perimeter of the oven stand� If it isnecessary to shim the oven for leveling purposes, it is critical that the shim material be metal, and that the shims are installed insuch a way that the full perimeter of the stand is solidly supported� Any gaps created by shimming between the oven and the floormust be sealed� Failure to solidly support the full perimeter of the oven stand can result in costly damage to the oven andwill void the warranty.The floor design and construction must be adequate to handle the weight of the oven�Please see woodstone-corp.com/installation_footprints.htm for floor loading information�FORKLIFT REQUIREMENTSThe oven is very top-heavy� IF THE OVEN TIPS IT CAN CAUSE SEVERE INJURY OR DEATH! NEVER ATTEMPT TO USE A HAND TRUCKTO MOVE THE OVEN! The oven should only be moved using a Pallet Jack on a LEVEL FLOOR� If the oven must be moved over aninclined surface, a forklift or other suitable means should be employed� If the installer does not have the equipment or experiencerequired to move the oven safely, we recommend you secure the services of a qualified rigging company�Make sure the pallet jackwheels do not contactthe underside of the forkpocket when lifting to avoiddamaging the stand.Never attempt to use a handtruck to move the oven.The oven should only be moved usinga pallet jack on a LEVEL FLOOR.
