For details aboutthe usable envelope sizes, refer to “Usable Paper” (P. 27).1. In the case of Monarch, insert theenvelopes with the flaps open and at therear.2. Slide the paper guides to the size of the envelope.Loading TransparenciesImportant• Transparencies with white frame and full-color transparencies cannot be used.1. After carefully fanning a small stack oftransparencies, load them into the tray withthe side to be printed facing up. Loadtransparencies a few at a time.2. Slide the paper guides to the size of the transparencies.3. Pull out the extension output tray when loading paper such as transparencies.Printing on Envelopes/TransparenciesTo print on envelopes or transparencies, display the [Tray/Output] tab and [Basic] tab. Thissection explains the procedure using WordPad on Windows XP as an example.Note• When [Bypass Mode] is set to [Panel Specified], you need to set the paper type and size settings for thetray on the control panel in advance.
