You can specify your most commonly used printing options and savethem so that you do not have to change them every time you print.To change Printing Preferences:1. Click the Windows Start button, select Settings, then click Printers and Faxes.2. In the Printers and Faxes window, right-click the icon for your printer, then clickPrinting Preferences.3. Click the tabs in the Printing Preferences window, click the desired settings, then click OK.Note: For more information about Windows printing options, click Help in the lower left-handcorner of any tab in the Printing Preferences window.Selecting Printing Options for an Individual Job in WindowsTo use specific printing options for a single job, change the printing properties before sending the jobto the printer. To open the Properties window, click Properties. Click the tabs in the Propertieswindow, then click the desired settings.3. Click OK to save and close the Properties window.4. Print the job.
