7-1165988-1CDHW1481991Safety Board Operation 7 Data Protection7.1 Saving Dual Data7 Data Protection7.1 Saving Dual DataThe data related to the functional safety function is saved in the functionsafety board memory in a duplicated manner for safety.When the control power is turned ON, check is performed to see that dualdata sets are the same.If they are different when the control power is turned ON, the followingalarm occurs.Alarm 0300: “VERIFY ERROR(SYSTEM CONFIG-DATA)[10]”In the system with the functional safety function, a message “Select‘Functional Safety Board FLASH Reset’ in the maintenance mode” isdisplayed after the following operations.Turning ON or OFF causes error in verification.• The data related to the functional safety function is loaded from anexternal storage.• The home position calibration or the home position change operationis performed.• The tool calibration operation is performed.• The zeroing function is performed.• Encoder is reset• Tool weight and tool center settings are performed in the loadestimating functionIn case one of the above mentioned operations is performed, re-set thedata following the procedures shown in section 7.2 “FLASH Data Reset”.In the maintenance mode, there are cases when parameters relevant tothe functional safety function are rewrote by several setting operations.For this reason, perform functional safety board FLASH reset operation byfollowing the procedures shown in section 7.2 “FLASH Data Reset”.138 of 164
