Please note the following information:Your Yamaha model may not be sold in some countries. Therefore, a Yamaha dealeroutside the United States or Canada may not have all of the replacement parts ortechnical information available to provide proper service. This may unavoidably delayrepairs. Thank you for your understanding should this happen.TIP:1. As explained in the Limited Warranty Statement, the Yamaha warranty covers yourYamaha when it is registered and used in your country of residence. If you aretemporarily using a U.S.-registered outboard motor in Canada, or a Canada-registered outboard motor in the United States, and it needs warranty repairs, youshould contact a nearby authorized Yamaha Outboard Motor Dealer for assistance.The local dealer will contact Yamaha on the owner’s behalf so that needed repairscan be made as quickly as possible.2. If you need repairs while temporarily using your Yamaha in another country, contactthe local authorized Yamaha distributor for that country. Yamaha will work with thatdistributor to make the needed repairs as quickly as possible.
